Shipping Policy

Shipping is free on orders over $35! All other orders ship for the flat rate of $4.

All hats listed are already made, and will be processed within 2-4 business days. I use USPS First Class mail for domestic orders which ships in 2-5 business days. Tracking is provided at no extra expense. You will receive an email with tracking details when your order ships. If tracking shows your order has been delivered but you have not received it, you will need to contact your local USPS.

Shipping Troubleshooting

Sometimes USPS packages can be marked as delivered but not show up for a few days after. Here are some steps to try to locate the package:

*Check with neighbors to see if the package was left with them either on purpose or by accident

* Check with family members. Sometimes someone else in the household will pick up the package and put it somewhere out of plain sight.

*Ask the delivery postal worker if you catch them where he/she left the package

*Call your local post office to see if it is sitting there. If not, ask them if they can check their delivery GPS to find out exactly where it was delivered.
